Miami, FL, August 14, 2012  Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), has partnered with Equiant Financial Services, a premier supplier of outsourced services for consumer receivables.  The strategic alliance gives Interval resort clients access to a range of management services at preferred rates.

Founded in 1986, Equiant is one of the largest independent providers of receivables services to the shared ownership industry.  The company creates custom solutions to assist developers, homeowners’ associations, property management companies, and other clients maximize revenues and improve their overall business performance.

Member resorts that choose to participate in this Interval Affiliate Advantage can receive preferential pricing on a variety of products, including: loan servicing; maintenance fee billings; document custody services; payment processing; delinquency control; analysis and reporting; and member services such as a Web portal available 24/7 for account information.
