Opening today in Mexico City, the annual event brings together the country’s top tourism and real estate decision makers. To further reinforce its commitment to the region, Interval has created a special Latin America track for its upcoming 17th Annual Shared Ownership Investment Conference (SOIC) that will take place September 30 – October 2 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The half-day session will be conducted in Spanish (with English translations) and feature a variety of topics of interest to existing shared ownership developers and potential entrants. In addition, findings from Interval’s latest member research will be released at the conference.
