INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL HOSTS EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS
FOR RESORT CLIENTS IN CANCÚN AND LAS VEGAS

 

Miami, Florida, December 18, 2014 – Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services, recently hosted sales, marketing, and operations staff members from Interval-member resorts at Info-Exchange seminars in Cancún and Las Vegas. More than 150 attendees from the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America participated in the educational events, which familiarize resort personnel with the company’s products, support programs, and services.

Interval executives headlining the Cancún event were David Gilbert, president; Marcos Agostini, senior vice president, resort sales and business development, Latin America; Sharon Freed, senior vice president, consumer marketing; Soraya Gonzales, assistant vice president, resort assistance; and Reynaldo Ramirez, director, resort sales and service, Eastern Mexico.

“We’re very pleased that so many of our resort clients attended the Info-Exchanges and had the opportunity to hear updates on Interval’s member benefits and digital platforms,” Gilbert noted. “These seminars are also an ideal venue for attendees to network and share best practices.”

Speakers at the Las Vegas event included Bryan Ten Broek, senior vice president, resort sales and marketing; Lori Card-King, vice president, quality assurance; Michelle DuChamp, vice president, business development; David Callaghan, vice president, resort sales and service; and Madeline Berges, vice president, e-commerce and digital marketing.

Darla Zanini, executive vice president of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) International Foundation, discussed the evolution of the U.S. timeshare industry. Info-Exchange is accredited by ARDA, which enables attendees to receive credit toward their registered resort professional designation.
