Miami, FL, April 7, 2014 – Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), announced the addition of The Colorado Grand, the newest project in the Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV) family of resorts. In conjunction with this affiliation, Interval has also extended its agreements with the three other BGV properties.
The first BGV resort to join Interval was Gold Point Condominiums in 1985. It was followed by Grand Timber Lodge, Grand Lodge on Peak 7, and now The Colorado Grand.

Located at the base of Peak 8 of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, The Colorado Grand will be just steps away from ski lifts and the BreckConnect Gondola used by nearly 1.6 million skiers each year. The resort will be situated on 2.5 acres and comprise 75 two-bedroom-equivalent units averaging approximately 1,450 square feet each. They will be constructed in three phases over a period of five years, with completion of the phases planned for 2016, 2017, and 2018. Interior design and architectural elements will be of contemporary/mountain-modern style, utilizing the natural elements of stone, metal, and wood throughout.
The resort will boast a full-service restaurant and spa open to the general public. A family fun center, movie theaters, fitness facility, grand lobby, heated underground parking, and an extensive indoor-outdoor aquatic center will be available only to Colorado Grand owners and guests.
At 9,600 feet above sea level, Breckenridge defines the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. It has evolved from a Gold Rush mining town to a popular vacation destination and world-class ski resort. New purchasers at The Colorado Grand will be enrolled as individual members of Interval International and will also become either Interval Gold® or Club Interval Gold® members, entitling them to a number of flexible exchange opportunities and upgraded benefits and services.
