Miami, FL, June 3, 2013 – Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), is a silver sponsor of the 14th annual Brazilian Hospitality Investment Conference (BHIC) to be held June 13-14, at the Tivoli Mofarrej in São Paulo. The event is being produced by Questex Hospitality + Travel, organizer of the International Hotel Investment Forum (IHIF) Summit Series, the world's largest series of hospitality investment conferences, and BSH International, one of Brazil’s leading hospitality asset management firms.

“This conference plays a key role in driving investment in the country’s hospitality and tourism sectors and we are delighted to support it,” said Marcos Agostini, Interval’s senior vice president of resort sales and business development for Latin America. “We also look forward to sharing the results of our latest research that reveals the opportunities for shared ownership in Brazil.”

BHIC will bring together decision-makers from the hospitality industry to facilitate business networking and deal-making and learn about market trends and growth areas. The agenda will focus on how to attract investments and new hospitality brands to Brazil and how local companies can expand their brands at a global level. As part of the shared ownership track, Fernando Martinelli, Interval’s executive director of resort sales and service for Brazil, will participate in the panel titled “The Developer’s Interest in Fractionals and Timeshares – What’s the return?”

Later this year, Interval is planning to host a Shared Ownership Investment Seminar in São Paulo to further educate prospective entrants, developers, hoteliers, lenders, and government officials about resort development opportunities.
