Miami, FL, July 1, 2013 – Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), announced the promotions of Michelle DuChamp to vice president of business development, and Torey Marcus to vice president of creative services. Both are based in Miami and report to Bryan Ten Broek, senior vice president of resort sales and business development for the U.S., Canada, and Caribbean.
DuChamp is responsible for the development and management of a variety of products and services that enhance the value of vacation ownership, including Club Interval Gold® — the flexible points-based product offered by developers at point of sale. She will continue to lead
Interval’s custom club and third-party member programs, and the Preferred Residences membership and exchange program. Her expanded duties include managing advertising sales for Interval World and Vacation Industry Review magazines, and industry conference participation.
She joined Interval in 1998 as a region manager in the resort sales and service department and has held a number of increasingly responsible positions, most recently as assistant vice president. A certified public accountant, DuChamp earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University.
Torey Marcus has been promoted to vice president of creative services, leading a global staff of 31 professionals. In this role, he oversees the design and production of print and digital consumer and trade magazines; business-to-business materials; and resort and consumer marketing and fulfillment items, including the various market versions of the annual Interval International Resort Directory.
Marcus joined the company in 2005 as senior editor and most recently served as assistant vice president. He received a bachelor’s degree in communications from the State University of New York at Oswego.
