Interval's Resort Self-Service Portal is an exclusive gateway for the timeshare marketers, managers and operations staff of Interval's affiliated resorts.
The Resort Self-Service Portal allows your resort staff access to announcements, training tutorials, reference resources, and to time sensitive reports that are utilized on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Your resort staff can be given access to one or many of the reports that are currently sent to the resort via fax. The reports that are available through the Resort Self-Service Portal are:
Customer Satisfaction Index Detail by Visited Resort. Generated quarterly and is used to track comments from confirmed exchange guests who have stayed on property. Areas that are being evaluated are: unit, guest services, resort, area and overall vacation experience.
Customer Satisfaction Index Summary From All Exchanges Into.
Generated quarterly and is used to track the comments from confirmed exchange guests who have stayed on property. This report reflects responses from Five Star owner responses, system wide averages of customer satisfaction index responses and averages calculated by year, quarter and month.
Daily Trading in Activity Report - 21 Days.
Covers exchange activity occurring within 21 days of check-in.
F & L Hold Verification Report.
Reflects member inventory that has been or is planned to be given to Interval, which needs to be verified.
Verification Details:
Ownership, Owner in good standing, No alternate use.
Unit Characteristics: Sleeping capacity and unit type, Check-in-date (day/month/year), unit number/floor plan/room descriptor.
Monthly Bulk Deposit Summary.
Provides Bulk Deposit activity for the past year and will also provide bulk deposit credits that are available for assignment.
Weekly Bulk Deposit Summary.
Resorts or management groups that are using the Bulk “EDI” – Electronic Data Interface. Provides Bulk Deposit activity for the past week and will provide bulk deposit credits that are available for assignment.
Pending Member Verification Report.
Verify ownership at resort. Owner verification details: view owners unit number, unit size, ownership options (odd or even week or occupancy years) and the owner number if applicable.
Request for Membership Changes.
This report is generated daily to verify changes to membership information.
Three Week Advance Notification.
This report recaps exchange activity for the upcoming weekend and the following two weeks. This report is generated every Thursday.
Trading In/Out Report.
This report helps track the exchange activity into and out of your resort which occurred during the last week. This report is generated every Friday.
