
Coming Soon…iServices enables us to offer expanded account features and enhance member’s online and Member-Services Center experiences. When the program rolls out, each owner on a shared membership will be able to set up a separate profile and will have an individual transaction history. Those who have more than one membership will have the ability to access them under one User ID. These advancements are the latest in a series of technology updates that make it even more seamless for resort owners to enjoy the year-round benefits and services of Interval membership.
Resorts Currently Enrolled in EASy:
This application also impacts resorts currently using Interval’s Exchange Access System (EASy). Soon to be powered by iServices, EASy will have a more user-friendly interface and additional functionality. We suggest that Interval affiliated resorts familiarize themselves with these changes by participating in the interactive training Webinars that will be available on this page. Additionally, EASy users will be sent an update on the new authentication process.
Resorts Not Enrolled in EASy:
If your resort is not using the “EASy” Internet link to our exchange system and you would like to find out more about this convenient tool, please contact Christina.Stuver@intervalintl.com.
If your resort currently verifies Interval memberships manually by fax, you will now be using e-mail to more easily facilitate the verification process. Full details about this change will also be available by accessing this section of the website.
