Interval provides a convenient means of communication with our affiliated resorts via the Internet. EASy (Exchange Access System) links resorts directly with Interval's exchange system. Resort staff can:
- Review and verify ownership details (resort, week, unit, etc.) and make appropriate changes
- View inbound guest information, and owner relinquishing information
- Enroll and/or renew memberships
- Verify and release owners' deposits
- Make corrections and updates to names, addresses and telephone numbers
- Review the Resort Profile and provide changes to Resort Assistance
